When you purchase a digital product from PAPER MOON Art & Design, your order is delivered digitally and made available for download immediately.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, without having to give a reason.

There is an exception for digital content that is supplied online and not on a physical medium. This exception applies when delivery begins with the customer's prior express consent and the customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Digital products and immediate delivery

All products sold through PAPER MOON Art & Design are digital downloads. There is no physical product to return.

Because digital products on this website are delivered immediately after purchase, I ask you to confirm your consent before completing your order.

You will see the following statement:

I agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.

You must actively check this box before the checkout button becomes available. Your consent is recorded as part of your order, and the same acknowledgement is included in your order confirmation.

By checking the box and completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

If you have a problem with your purchase

The loss of the right of withdrawal does not mean that you are left without help if something goes wrong with your purchase.

If your download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or you receive the wrong file, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
