RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of digital products, once they are purchased and downloaded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, it is not possible for us to accept returns.

REFUNDS

Because our products are digital products delivered via instant digital download, we generally offer no refunds.

However, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request:

• if you accidentally (by mistake) purchased the same product more than once. 

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis. Refund requests, if any, must be made within three (3) days of your original purchase.
