Instant Digital Downloads

RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of digital products, once they are purchased and downloaded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, it is not possible for me to accept returns.

REFUNDS

Because my products are digital products delivered via instant digital download, I generally do not offer refunds.

However, I will be happy to issue a refund if you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

If you experience a problem with your download, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or have any other issue with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
